The ownership of deliverables delivered within the context of client project is regulated by conditions contained within the respective service agreement, quotation, or invoice. Client specific deliverables will be transferred to the client upon complete payment as per the project agreement.

If there is no payment, Ocean Technolab may choose to suspend or discontinue the services, maintenance, hosting, marketing activities, or assistance related to access.

All amounts are exclusive of any taxes applicable under the laws of the place of supply or recipient. You agree to pay all applicable GST, VAT, or other tax on any amounts invoiced to you.

Notice of any disputed invoices should be made in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice.

Insofar as permissible under applicable law, Ocean Technolab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise as a result of your access to and/or use of our website, products, means of communication, and services.

The aggregate liability of Ocean Technolab for any claims related to our services will be limited to the total amount of payments made by the client within the three (3) months prior to the date when the incident took place.

Ocean Technolab does not provide any warranties, either express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information available on our website.

We cannot assure you of uninterrupted or error free functioning of our website, third party websites, web hosting companies, marketing channels, and the software created by us.
